My Cakes A variety of flavoured sponges to include, vanilla, almond, lemon, chocolate, coffee and walnut. Cakes come with a butter cream filling that can be flavoured to compliment the sponge. They also have a layer of jam. Raspberry, strawberry, mixed fruit and even orange! Fruit cakes are available. A recipe passed on to me by my grandma that has been used in my family for years.
